Project Manager (Property & Infrastructure)
Life Together is looking for a Project Manager (Property & Infrastructure) MissionLead and deliver infrastructure and development projects across Life Together clinics, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, medical needs and operational execution. Key Responsibilities1. Project Structuring & PlanningTranslate strategic and medical inputs into clear project briefsDefine functional requirements (space planning, flows, adjacencies)Establish timelines, budgets and phasing strategies2. Design & Consultant CoordinationManage architects, designers, engineers and consultantsEnsure alignment between design, medical needs and operationsLead coordination meetings and follow-ups3. Budget & ProcurementWork with QS and Finance on budgeting and cost trackingSupport tendering and contractor selection4. Project Delivery & Site CoordinationCoordinate contractors and works on siteEnsure delivery on time, within budget and required qualityManage constraints in a live clinical environment5. Technical & Operational InterfaceLiaise with maintenance, biomedical, IT and clinic teamsEnsure integration of equipment and infrastructure6. Risk ManagementIdentify risks early and propose mitigation strategiesAdapt project scope when required7.
