Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit a dynamic Purchasing Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day running of the Purchasing department at Trianon. Key responsibilities:Ensure smooth running of Purchasing activitiesEnsure efficient stock managementMaintain and analyze current supplier relationship and identify new potential/sourcing suppliersSupervise, coach and motivate personnel to achieve desired performance Candidate profileMinimum qualification:  Diploma in Business Management3-5 years in a similar position, or in Purchasing or Supply ChainProficiency in MS Office software applications (Excel a must)Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all requests in a timely mannerExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in leading a teamReliable, proactive and dynamicGood organization skills and ability to handle several tasks at onceRemuneration and benefits:An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidateTraining, coaching and career progression opportunitiesCandidates may also send their application by email quoting reference HR/PC/EML before 07 February 2026.        Management reserves the right to call only the best candidates for interview and not to make any appointment following this advertisement.
