To ensure that food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met across the organization. The role involves monitoring compliance with food safety regulations, implementing quality assurance systems.
 
•Implement, monitor, and maintain food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SOPs).•Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and hygiene assessments of facilities, processes, and personnel.•Identify non-conformances, prepare corrective and preventive action plans, and follow up on implementation.•Maintain accurate records related to food safety, quality checks, audits, and inspections.•Support external audits and inspections by regulatory authorities or certification bodies.•Investigate food safety incidents, guest complaints related to food hygiene, and near-misses.•Monitor temperature control, food storage, allergen management, and cross-contamination prevention.•Oversee cleaning and sanitation programs, pest control, waste management, and personal hygiene practices.•Conduct induction training for new employees and refresher training for existing team members.•Train team members on personal hygiene, safe food handling, allergen awareness, cleaning procedures, and legal requirements.•Observe food handling practices and provide on-the-job coaching and corrective guidance.•Maintain accurate training records and ensure staff certifications are valid and up to date.•Prepare departments for internal, brand, and external audits and inspections.•Liaise with local health authorities and support official inspections.•Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to food safety and hygiene.Track audit scores and develop action plans to improve performance.
