Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is searching for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to work in his Managed Connectivity department to provide efficient and effective service at the reception for visitors and staff. Skills requiredHigher School Certificate / Diploma Good communication skills (Both English & French – Oral and Written) Pleasant personality, self-motivated and dynamic.Well conversant with Microsoft Office Tools Good planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to take initiative.Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.Ability to perform efficiently with minimum supervision and within deadline. DutiesWelcome visitors and staff by greeting them.Maintain security by following procedures.Monitor visitors’ logbook.issue visitors’ badges.Respond efficiently to telephone enquiries, both from internal and external customers, ensuring that calls are re-directed if necessary, and responding to enquiries in a prompt and polite manner.Assist the head of department, managers and staff for coordinating and planning their overseas travels.Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Provide excellent customer service Assist staff and management on meeting room reservations when requested.Assist staff and management on transport reservation requests.Open, acknowledge and record the receipt and dispatch of correspondences.Plan daily dispatch with messengers and efficient dispatch book maintenance.Manage and order monthly office supplies (Stationery, kitchen supplies & accessories, etc…) .Supervise the messengers on daily operations.Foster and maintain good working relations with all other departments, internal and external customers, suppliers and employees in the Rogers sectors.Processing purchase orders Issuing sales transaction invoices .Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.Any other cognate duties in line with your capabilitiesBe committed to excellence and promoting efficiency by setting personal example of our corporate values:- Agility, Pioneering and Excellence.If you are agile and have a pioneering mindset, join a winning team so that we can evolve together.
