Responsible to collaborate between buyers and suppliers to following up and ensuring suppliers are onboarded to SBN tool. With good communication skill help suppliers to guide and resolve queries.
Key Tasks and AccountabilitiesContact Suppliers to onboard to SBN.Execute PO Follow up Confirmation process.Execute the steps in SAP as per the SOP or training.Ensure delivery the basics with highest quality standards and on-time.Be proactiveness on communicating with stakeholders queries etcQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLSRequiredGood Communication- Language skills required.Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing) and German (Speak and Read)Level of educational attainment required:Higher school certificate Or Diploma Or DegreeGood to haveProficient in Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPointBUSINESS ENVIRONMENTMain Characteristics: This is an offshore role and requires comfort with working in virtual environment. RPSS is referred to as the offshore location from where the position will be based out of. Role requires to work in collaborative manner with Internal Stakeholders / Zone Category leads and Suppliers.
