We bring people solutions to life and turn HR into a value source for our clients and their people.Our people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent. Are you ready to join us?About the role:As Security Support Analyst / Engineer, you are working in the core of our Security Operations team responsible to perform analysis on various technical cybersecurity issues and to continuously improve and maintain our cyber defences. Additionally, you will develop and maintain expertise in a wide variety of technology and security platforms supporting our multitude of datacenters, clouds and workplace environments servicing SD Worx in over 26 countries.Which tasks can you expect?Security Support AnalystDevelop and maintain expertise in a wide variety of technology platforms and threat vectors by ensuring daily monitoring and analysis of security logs for security components. Optimize alerting & triage based on a wide variety of sources. Work with SIEM/EDR/NDR/XDR tooling.Provide expert cybersecurity support to SD Worx internal users and contracted personnel in the areas of security controls, configuration management, certificate & cryptographic device management, privileged access management (CyberArk) etc.Perform technical analysis on a wide range of cybersecurity issues, with a focus on network activity, host activity, and data.Assess cyber indicators/observables for technical relevance, accuracy, and potential value/risk/reliability in monitoring systems. Recommend detection and prevention/mitigation signatures and actions as part of a layered defensive strategy leveraging multiple capabilities and data types.Execute & improve standard operating procedures & SOC playbooks, perform incidence response and assist in computer forensics activities. Capture lessons learned to avoid recurrence & advise other teams on security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.Participation in an on-call rotation including nights/weekends.What do you have to offer?Technical Competencies:An IT related bachelor’s degree (must-have)Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in IT Security or IT administrationFundamental understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID administration, IP networks and security tooling such as EDR, NDR, password managementPowershell scripting experience is a plusMicrosoft (or equivalent) certificates are a plus.Security related certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CySA, or CEH are a plusDesired Experience in Cybersecurity:You are familiar with the foundations of security operation concepts and practices, and you are curious to learn more in this fast-changing field.Any security certificate is a plus, ideally the candidate brings more extended knowledge in at least one field related to Cyber Security (e.g. privileged access management or certificate automation tooling).Firewall / WAF knowledge is a plus.Exposure with security tools and technologies (not limited to: EDR, XDR, proxy, encryption, vulnerability management, etc.). Personal Competencies:Demonstrates unwavering integrity and consistently adheres to strong ethical and moral principles.You have troubleshooting capabilities, problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities.Fast learner that is not afraid to continuously learn new skills and adapt to a fast-changing environmentYou are a strong team player who works closely with IT infrastructure administrators and engineers managing SD Worx workstations, servers, and related systems to continuously strengthening the security posture of IT-assets security across the organization.You demonstrate strong adaptability to an evolving IT landscape, learn rapidly, and consistently deliver results in high-pressure environments.You execute tasks with an orderly, methodical and logical approach.You have exposure to agile way of working.Proficient in English languageWhat do we have to offer?Leaves: all types of leave granted from day 1 (annual leave, sick leave, study leave, maternity/paternity leave, wedding leave, compassionate leave).
