Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesTerminal EfficiencyEnsure minimum downtime of all Plants, Palletizer & Blender by leading and supervising preventive and corrective maintenancePlan, verify, and optimize Preventive Maintenance Schedules (weekly and monthly)Supervise installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and control equipmentLead diagnosis and resolution of complex faults on PLCs, SCADA, and automation systemsEnsure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to required standardsCoordinate maintenance activities according to plant availability and prioritiesEnsure strict compliance with HERA / HECP and safety procedures before any interventionOversee maintenance of Administrative Blocks, Sales Office, Mess Rooms & YardSupport and guide production teams, including during night shifts when requiredMonitor and improve electrical consumption (kWh, kVAh) and power factorEnsure accuracy and calibration of packers, weighing systems, and control equipmentStock ManagementMonitor and validate minimum stock levels of spare parts and initiate reorderingEnsure availability of critical spares for efficient maintenance interventionParticipate in identifying and defining critical equipment sparesEnsure proper availability and condition of tools and workshop equipmentSupervision & ControlSupervise and allocate tasks to electricians and ensure quality of workProvide technical guidance and support to the teamEnsure adherence to safety, procedures, and company standardsReport on maintenance activities, breakdowns, and performance issuesQualifications and ExperienceHolder of a Secondary School CertificateHolder of a Brevet de Technicien (BT) in Electrical/Electrotechnics or equivalent qualificationMinimum 5 years’ experience in a related field, including supervisory exposure
