As a Senior Trust and Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the corporate secretarial services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate administration, compliance with regulations, and high-quality service delivery.
 
Job PurposeAs a Senior Trust and Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the corporate secretarial services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate administration, compliance with regulations, and high-quality service delivery.Main dutiesTo administer our existing clients & attend to queries in a timely manner and accurate way with a high service standard ensuring ownership through to completionBe the front facing and accountable for delivery of services to expected quality and timeline.Embrace change and be participative in driving the green scorecardSelf-managed and self-discipline in dealing with internal issues/conflicts.Coach Junior members of the team in all areas of their work and provide in house training to colleagues on topics of relevance.Emphasize the culture of train the trainer and ensure training effectiveness test are carried out.Assist TL in driving the team and pass on the vision to other team membersBe open to suggestions in driving the team towards the same goal.Working as part of the team (intra-connected) to achieve the departmental standards and targetsEnhance the preparer checklist and reviewer checklist to mitigate any risk of errors.Maybe termed as a reviewer in times of high volumes.Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures in line with each jurisdiction regulations for the proper due diligence in gathering all the necessary data and informationProactively resolve clients moderate to complex issues and escalating to TL as required.Liaise with external parties such as bankers, investment advisors, registered agents and any other related partiesActioning payments and distributions/dividend in relation to client entities;Preparing minutes & resolution and ensuring client files are well maintained in an orderly manner;To assist on bank account openings/investment accounts and any other financial institutionAssisting new business enquiries, collating documents and information for the company’s new business forumAssist in preparing documents for closure of Trust, Companies, Banks and Investment accounts & transfer out documentsAny other cognate duties that may from time to time be required which are appropriate to the role and business requirements. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related fieldRelevant professional certifications, such as STEP or ICSA Experience:5-7 years of experience in trust and corporate administration will be preferredKnowledge of relevant laws and regulationsExperience managing client relationshipsExperience in shared services/outsourcing would be a define advantage. Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritizeProficiency in relevant software and systemsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of financial statements and accounting principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a team.The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business.The statements contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required and the scope of responsibility.
