In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions. You’ll handle a variety of requests, including complex cases, and support our users with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.Your responsibilities include:- Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, web…).- Handling complex situations and providing personalized follow-up.- Ensuring a smooth, positive, and memorable customer experience.- Managing escalations and contributing to their resolution.- Supporting and guiding new team members.- Participating in high-value tasks and strategic initiatives.- Managing a customer portfolio and delivering first-level support.
