BOG is seeking a Site Supervisor to support its property development pipeline. The role will coordinate on-site trades, ensure quality standards, and deliver projects on time and budget. Candidates need at least 4 years’ construction experience, an engineering background, and startup adaptability

Candidate ProfileBOG is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to support its property development pipeline.The candidate will be the primary point of contact on-site, responsible for orchestrating trades, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring BOG’s vision is realized on time and on budget.Minimum working experience in the field of construction of 4 years from requiring to be comfortable with the intricacies of working in a start-up environment and needs to have an engineering background.
