The Store Operator is responsible for the daily operation in store, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of components in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The role requires: maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and store components according to procedures Prepare and issue components to production based on orders and FIFO/FEFO rules· Maintain accurate inventory records in Sage X3· Perform cycle counts and support periodic stock audits· Report discrepancies, damages, or nonconformities promptly· Keep the store area organized, clean, and audit-readyKey Qualifications and Skills· Experience in warehouse/store operations Basic understanding of inventory control and traceability· Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures· Basic computer/ERP skills. (Operations in store by scanning)Eligibility CriteriaRegularly required to stand, walk, bend, and liftEducational Level: SC1—2 years experience in a store department/environment would be an advantage
