The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive, maintain and ensure the distribution of the materials / spare parts.
Job PurposeThe job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive, maintain and ensure the distribution of the materials / spare parts.Main Responsibilities Ensure to make available the right parts in the right quantity to the right place at the right time with the right level of quality, for repairs and salesEnsure stock is at the least total cost to the organization, without compromising availabilityPerform weekly cycle counts and other stock inventories and prepare reports on same and all other stock related mattersEnsure work of subordinates is carried out within set deadlines in a complete and accurate manner and as per company rules and regulations and established service standardsEnsure register and returns of DOA and other unused items to suppliers against credit notesMaintain security and control of storeroom and storage areasAttend to all customers’ and employees’ requests/ queries for any spare partsPromote sales of spare partsBuild and maintain relationships with customersProcess and follow-up on customers’ requests/queries and provide prompt feedbackMaintain cleanliness and housekeeping of stores Profile SC or HSCA minimum 2 years’ work experience in the relevant fieldExcellent organizational skillsDetail orientedHaving a high sense of customer primacy (internal and external)Ability to lead and motivate a team to perform to the best of their capabilitiesAbility to following through on issues in a timely mannerAble to work independently as well as a part of team Benefits Health and Pension schemes24hr Personal Accident CoverStaff Happiness ProgramsCompany DoctorStaff Discount
