We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our customer support team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity where you’ll help businesses with their ticketing needs. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systemsSolve problems related to ticket sales and system issuesTake detailed notes of client requirements and coordinate with internal teamsWork with IT team to resolve technical issues and system setupsCollaborate with administrative team to address client needsCreate reports using Excel to track tickets and issuesFollow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution What We’re Looking For:SC/HSC/Diploma or certificate qualificationExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with CRM systems (like Jira) is an advantageStrong problem-solving and logical thinking abilitiesDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsEager to learn and grow in a support role What We Offer:Complete training on all systems and processes3 months of ongoing support during probation periodGreat entry-level opportunity to build your careerFull-time office position in Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun5 day work week with Monday to Saturday schedule (UK hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM local time)Supportive team environment Perfect For: Recent graduates or those starting their career in customer support with growth opportunities.Ready to help businesses succeed?
