Technical Property Analyst

Technical Property Analyst core responsibility being analysing floor plans, construction documents, and building characteristics and translating them into structured data for professional property valuation reports. Full training in German valuation methodology is provided.
 
About Us            Werttax International LTD is the Mauritius-based branch of Werttax Immobilienbewertung GmbH, a German expert firm specialising in property valuation, construction analysis, and market research. Our team in Curepipe contributes directly to professional valuation workflows in Germany by preparing structured building data, interpreting architectural documentation, and supporting expert-level assessments.            Our work is grounded in methodical thinking, technical understanding, and the consistent development of expertise. We build teams that work across borders, combining German valuation methodology with the analytical strengths of a growing international hub. The Mauritius team is trained directly by specialists from Germany and works with real objects, real valuation software, and real-world decision contexts.Role Overview            We are looking for a technically oriented analyst with a background in architecture, civil engineering and/or quantity surveying or a comparable technical discipline. Your primary responsibility is to interpret floor plans, construction methods, layouts, and building characteristics and to translate them into structured valuation data for expert reports.            You do not need previous experience in property valuation.
