The job incumbent will be responsible for diagnosis and repair of customers’ equipment and perform tasks to ensure that equipment operate as per established standards and customer requirements.
Job PurposeThe job incumbent will be responsible for diagnosis and repair of customers’ equipment and perform tasks to ensure that equipment operate as per established standards and customer requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesDiagnose faulty equipment and ensure repair and perform general testingEnsure to cascade to Senior or Chief Technicians in complex interventions or any issue affecting progress of repairEnsure with overall technical team for constant system status update, necessary technical remarks, resources and items costLiaise with customer service department on technical matters for prompt feedback to customersProfile Certificate from a technical or vocational school or equivalent Specialisation in IT, cellphones and audio visual would be an advantage Minimum of 3 years proven experience in servicing and repairs of respective product Be a good team player with the ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlineBenefitsHealth and Pension schemes24hr Personal Accident CoverStaff Happiness ProgramsCompany DoctorIncentivesStaff Discount
