You Will:Arrival & Departure according to Club Med proceduresProvide high customer service to guests and answer any questions they may have about the facilitiesParticipate in sales of various services and offeringsHandle cash and guest room paymentEnsure work space is neat and cleanHandle any complaints and service recovery as needed with the supervision of Front Desk ManagerCheck in/out guests as they arrive and leave the property / room changesInform guests on daily activities happening at an All -Inclusive ResortManage switchboard, wake up calls, and mailEnsure first aid kits are fully stockedHandle currency exchangeWork with guests to deposit valuable objects when requestedParticipate in resort life and activities Your Profile:YOU SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IMMEDIATELY OR 5 – 10 DAYSDiploma in Tourism&Hospitality or Front Office appreciatedExperience in a Customer Service or Front Desk position in the Hospitality industry preferred Minimum 1 yearExcellent telephone skillsClean certificate of character is a must.Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French languages. A third language will be a definite advantage Your Skills:High level of integrityOrganised, ability to multitask and detail oriented.Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
