Job Description
To manage the daily operations of the factory shop, maximize sales and profitability, and create an attractive shopping experience that encourages repeat customers. The Shop Manager will actively promote our own manufactured products while sourcing and merchandising complementary products from other suppliers to provide customers with greater variety and value.

Implement high standards of customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements. Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets. Develop and implement initiatives to increase customer traffic and average basket value. Promote the company’s own manufactured products as the core offering. Identify and source complementary products from reputable local and international suppliers that enhance the overall shopping experience. Continuously refresh the product assortment to keep customers interested. Identify new suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and supply terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, reliability, and customer demand. Build a welcoming shopping environment. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
