Job Description
Assist HR team in daily duties
Posting Jobs: Assisting with drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and company portals. Screening Applicants: Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and maintaining databases of applicants. Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and sometimes assisting with initial phone interviews. New Hire Setup: Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and gathering required new-hire documentation. Orientation Support: Assisting with new employee orientation and ensuring workstations, equipment, and system access are ready.Database Entry: Inputting new employee details into the company’s HR Information System (HRIS). Employee Administration and Data Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, files, and personnel documents. Payroll Support: Gathering and processing basic payroll data, such as attendance, overtime, and leave days. Training and Employee Relations Training Coordination: Helping to organize employee training programs, booking venues, and preparing materials.Staff Engagement: Supporting company events, wellness programs, and staff welfare activities.Inquiries: Serving as the first point of contact for routine employee questions regarding HR policies or benefits.
