FMCG distribution in Mauritius and a major Division of the ABC Group of
Companies. Job Description: ABC Foods is looking
for a dynamic and reliable Brand Admin to join our Marketing team and shall
report to the Marketing Manager. Key
Responsibilities: To assist the Marketing Manager and Brand Executive with the
day-to-day administration and coordination of marketing and brand operations. Key Duties: Prepare and organise activation kits for
all brand activities. Coordinate materials and products required
for events and activations. Maintain inventory of POS materials,
promotional items and activation equipment. Prepare and manage product samples for
marketing activities. Coordinate the issue and return of
activation materials. Assist with event preparation, setup and
logistics. Maintain activation schedules, records and
supporting documentation. Prepare purchase requests, quotations and
other administrative documents. Liaise with suppliers, Warehouse, Sales
and Logistics for marketing requirements. Support Brand Executives with day-to-day
administrative tasks. Maintain proper filing and organisation of
marketing documents and materials. Perform any other cognate duties assigned
by Management. Key Qualification: Minimum HSC Holder Diploma holder in Marketing or any related
field Holder of a valid driving license Key Competencies : Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive approach to problem solving Excellent communication in both English
and French Positive and can-do attitude Ability to work individually and within a
team Ability to work in a fast-moving
environment and deliver results within tight deadlines This is more than an administrative role.
