Job Description
Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees, and plants. Plant, water, prune, trim, and fertilize plants as required. Mow lawns and maintain grass areas in good condition. Remove weeds, dry leaves, branches, and other garden waste. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely. Prepare soil, plant seeds, and transplant flowers, shrubs, and trees. Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and damage and take appropriate action. Maintain garden paths, hedges, fences, and outdoor areas. Ensure proper irrigation and watering of plants. Keep gardening tools and work areas clean and organized. Perform seasonal gardening and landscaping activities. Follow workplace health and safety procedures. Carry out other gardening and outdoor maintenance duties as assigned.
