Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Sales Executive to promote
and sell our Home Internet services across Mauritius. The role involves
door-to-door prospecting and cold calling in residential areas, including
houses, private compounds, and apartments. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Promote
and sell Home Internet services within assigned regions to achieve monthly
sales targets Identify
and develop new residential prospects through cold calling and direct field
interventions Meet a
minimum of eight (8) customers per day, including at least six (6) new
prospects Ensure
proper customer profiling and clearly explain service features,
recommendations, and procedures Ensure
customers understand the service, specificities and all the procedures relating
to Direct Debit, Security Deposit, Billing, emails, payments and customer
support Ensure
accurate completion, collection and submission of all legal and sales
documentation Submit
completed sales orders to Sales Administration as per the set deadline Master
all sales and after-sales processes related to Home Internet services Manage
complaints professionally, in line with the company processes and within set
timelines Coordinate
with Customer Service and Credit Control teams to ensure timely issue
resolution and payment settlements Provide
market intelligence and business insights (BI) to support process improvements
and offer enhancement Participate
in roadshows, commercial events, and other marketing activities as required Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) Candidates with a School Certificate (SC) with at
least three (3) years of sales experience may also be considered Valid driving licence and a
motor vehicle are mandatory Required Skills and Aptitudes: Good communication
skills (both French and English) Proficiency
in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools Willingness
to travel within the assigned region as required Effective
time management and planning skills Analytical
