Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Welcome customer on a first come first serve basis. Manage your daily planning for workshop throughput. To process the job cards accurately and completely for each requested service. To identify repeating customers and treat them accordingly. To make a complete and clear diagnoses of the vehicle problems which should be solved. To estimate the completion time and costs by quotation and invoicing. To answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. ▪ To document any changes in repair orders. To ensure correct invoices are sent to clients. To send proper quotations to customers and meet their expectations adequately. To maintain composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees. To explain technical information about repairs to customers. To inspect the vehicles on arrival and departure. To ensure all vehicles are delivered to customer as per standards. Prepare quality control report for further intervention if any. Ensure warranty repair orders are submitted within given timeframe to warranty officer. Issue repair orders-convert from scheduling to service order. Upsell parts and labour to clients. SKILLS Communication skills Teamwork Sense of organization Customer relations QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Min 3 years of relevant work experience. Min Diploma Holder in Sales & Marketing, Communication or in related discipline. Familiarity with the automotive sector and industry will be a strong advantage.
