Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of an organization. The role involves managing office procedures, maintaining records, supporting staff, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Administrative Officers also assist with budgeting, procurement, report preparation, and communication between departments, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Manage office administration and daily operations. Maintain records, files, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries. Support budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in preparing reports and presentations. Provide administrative support to management and staff. Key Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
