Job Description
Responsible for the sales activities within the shop, greeting customers in the shop and understanding their needs with focus to improve sales.
– Perform all tasks related to initiating sales and handling of payments (customer queries, Invoicing, retrieving products, delivery of products, reconciling sales with receipts) – Preparation of customer orders for the company and visiting customers on-site for new orders / delivery – Restocking of shelves – Reconciling stock with sales – Providing a positive shopping experience – Maintaining the shop clean and tidy
