Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults on motorcycles. Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication. Inspect and repair motorcycle electrical systems, including batteries, lighting, ignition, and charging systems. Mount, balance, repair, and replace motorcycle tyres and wheels. Adjust and service chains, sprockets, brakes, and suspension systems. Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment to identify faults accurately. Conduct road tests, where authorised, to verify repairs and ensure proper vehicle performance. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and services performed. Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Ensure all repairs are carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards. Advise customers or supervisors on required repairs, maintenance schedules, and replacement parts. Monitor inventory levels and report the need for spare parts, tools, and workshop supplies. Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times. Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
