Job Description
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation. Monitor employee attendance, leave, and absenteeism. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws. Handle employee queries and provide HR support when needed. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leave, overtime). Support performance management and employee evaluation processes. Organize training sessions and staff development activities. Handle disciplinary procedures and documentation where required. Perform general administrative duties related to HR operations.
