    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist in the erection, alteration, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding systems while maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and quality.

    Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding in accordance with approved methods and safety requirements. Inspect scaffold components before use and report any defects. Ensure scaffolds are stable, properly secured and safe for use. Comply with all occupational safety and health procedures and site rules. Work effectively with supervisors, contractors and other trades on site. Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work areas remain safe and organised.

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved plans, specifications and Company standards.

    Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce. Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are achieved. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements and site procedures. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site resources. Inspect completed works and prepare site progress reports. Maintain site discipline, safety and housekeeping.
