    Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to: Key Responsibilities : Plan and organise maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services Up-keep clients’ building and premises Make sure that all safety procedures and measures are followed Ensure that client’s operating procedures are observed Develop operational plans for client activities Supervise a team of operatives and technicians Qualifications & Experience : Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any other qualifications in the field At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in Mechanical and Electrical services Prior experience in HVAC & Electrical would be an advantage Fully conversant in MS Office applications Other Requisites : Holder of a valid driving license Good PR and communication skills Flexible to work odd hours and on shift system as required
