Job Description
To install, repair, and finish gypsum board (drywall), gypsum ceilings, partitions, bulkheads, decorative features, and related metal framing systems.
1. Install metal framing systems for partitions and ceilings 2.Fix gypsum boards to walls, ceilings, and partitions 3. Construct bulkheads, soffits, and decorative gypsum features 4. Install access panels and ceiling openings 5. Ensure proper alignment and leveling of all gypsum installations 6. Apply joint tape and joint compound 7. Fill screw holes and imperfections 8. Sand surfaces to achieve smooth finishes 9. Prepare surfaces for painting or decoration 10. Repair damaged gypsum boards and ceiling systems
