    Under the guidance of the Spa Manager and within the limits of the Hotel Policies, the Therapist should ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of treatments, services and appearance, set down by the Spa Management are adhered to and are complied with  by all staff. Ensures that all spa duties and procedures are carried out in line with the hotel service standards and policy, with high standards of personal appearance, grooming, personal hygiene, correct uniform and name badge as outlined in hotel rules. Ensures that all treatments given to guests are at all times up to standard set up by Hotel and Spa Manager. Ensures that skills are acquired and applied on a continuous basis. Assist in maintaining a relaxing, appropriate style and volume of entertainment in all areas of the spa. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person Deliver excellent customer service, at all times including answering the telephone, welcoming guests, accompanying guests to changing rooms and spa facilities, accompanying guests to cabins and relaxing areas, bringing tea, juice or water to guests and others Promote and upsell all spa services and activities Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety May be called upon at times to perform other related tasks not specifically included in this description.
