    MAIN DUTIES: Analyse financial statements and ensure compliance with policies. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor cash flow and identify financial irregularities. Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. Provide regular financial updates to management. Prepare reports as required by the Finance Manager or CFO. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED : ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage. Strong analytical and communication skills.

    ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Sales Operations Support, you will be responsible to support sales and tender processes, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Tender & Procurement Management – Oversee tender processes, negotiate with suppliers, and track profitability. Client & Order Management – Handle inquiries, process orders, and manage payment follow-ups. Sales & Business Growth – Support the sales team with data management and contribute to business expansion. Administrative & Compliance – Manage documentation, correspondence, and secretarial support while ensuring company policies are upheld. Perform Secretarial Duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, tender execution or a related field. Proficiency in CRM systems and data management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
