Key Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. Conduct laboratory experiments, product trials and technical evaluations. Develop and improve product formulations to meet market and customer requirements. Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products, recommending corrective actions. Maintain accurate laboratory records, technical documentation and test reports. Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Support ISO, Ecolabel and other quality management requirements. Train laboratory personnel on laboratory procedures and best practices. Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping within the laboratory.
