• Greets and welcomes all guests or outsiders coming at
the resort. • Ensures that the entrance is always manned by a porter
or concierge to open the doors of all arriving vehicles. • Unloads luggage from vehicles. • Delivers and collects luggage from rooms. • Moves guests when they change rooms. • Delivers messages in rooms.
