\n \u00a0Description:The role Business Development Executive \u2013 Leasing to help grow our leasing business for new and pre-owned vehicles. Your job will be to build strong relationships with dealerships, promote our leasing products, find new clients, and create opportunities for cross-selling. You\u2019ll also work on growing our existing portfolio through referrals and partnerships.\u00a0Responsibility\u00a0Visit clients and companies regularly to build new business.Meet monthly sales targets and deliver presentations to potential clients.Spot new market trends, understand competitors, and stay updated on products.Create promotional ideas and materials.Maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and risk management guidelines.Manage portfolio quality and performance against financial and operational goals.Develop customer relationship plans and work closely with dealers and suppliers.Make sure deals are profitable and at the right risk-adjusted rate.Increase the number of leads referred to CFSL.Handle additional tasks as needed within the business unit.Be organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask under deadlines.\u00a0\u00a0ProfileBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).3\u20135 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Excellent communication skills in both English and French.Strong understanding of financial and banking sectors, with the ability to analyze and assess financial data.Highly organized with effective planning skills.Must hold a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
