The role supports timely and cost-effective movement of goods while delivering high-quality service to clients.Job Responsibilities:Create booking & billings (Receivables & payables) on freight forwarding softwareCreate bill of entry via MNSAdvise shipper of vessel cut off \/closingRequest IDG\/Export documents from shipper, including approved bill of entryProvide documents to customs pool for preparation of Dvs & other required certificates.Ensure that supplier\u2019s invoices are received \/ checked on a timely basis and processed to finance.Update transhipment to customers & overseas agentJob requirements:Knowledge of the sea export operation process would be an advantageHSC with at least 2 years of experienceWell versed with Excel spreadsheets, using vlookup and pivot tables\u00a0Excellent communication and organization skills.Have a strong work ethic\u00a0Be problem-solving and customer service orientedGood time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.Attention to detailsHolding of a clean Driving License<\/p>\n
