\n The incumbent will have to :Main Responsibilities \u2013Perform Administrative duties, including, filing of documents, monitoring of attendance, supervising work of messenger, etc..Ask for quotation from Pure Car Carrier (HOEGH) and send to customers upon request.Input bookings of cargo in HOEGH system.Handle amendments in\u00a0 MACCS.Handle claims of customers as and when requiredPrepare monthly reports of booking..Issue Notice of Arrivals, invoices and delivery orders to customersPrepare Estimated Disbursement Accounts and Disbursement Accounts.Assist in any cognate duties of the departmentWhat we are looking for \u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u2022 A Higher School Certificate or any acceptable qualifications by the Management.\u2022 Experience in a similar job would be an advantage.\u2022 Knowledge of Shipping & Logistics would be an advantage.\u2022 Computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).\u2022 Must be able to work under strict deadlines.\u2022 Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.\u2022 Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.\u2022 Be dynamic and with a \u2018Can Do\u2019 attitude.\u2022 Ready to work at odd hours and during week ends\/public holidays.<\/p>\n
