\n RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\u2022\tAssist in the administrative duties in the HR department\u2022\tSupport in the recruitment process\u2022\tFollow up on queries and other administrative duties\u2022\tData entry and keeping HR dashboard updated\u2022\tFile documents and perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned.\u2022\tSetting up appointments and arranging meetings\u2022\tAny other cognate dutiesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\u2022\tDegree or Diploma in the related field or any other equivalent qualifications.\u2022\tExperience in HR or in admin will be an advantage\u2022\tComputer skills: proficient with all computer application\u2022\tFluent in English and French\u2022\tDynamic individual with good communication skills.\u2022\tOrganised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.<\/p>\n
