\nCoordinate daily work schedules and task assignments in close partnership with the Product Coordinator.
\nManage assigned work items end-to-end, taking full ownership from initiation to resolution.
\nFoster seamless collaboration across global teams, engaging effectively with both onshore and offshore colleagues and stakeholders.
\nDeliver exceptional service by maintaining clear, professional communication (both verbal and written) with internal customers.
\nApply a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving, utilizing SWOT analysis to navigate challenges effectively.
\nActively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
\nLiaise directly with Product Owners to compile comprehensive Release Notes.
\nEnsure the accuracy and clarity of all Sprint and Release Notes through thorough review and proofreading.
\nSupport the Knowledge Base Management process, maintaining documentation accuracy and completeness.
\nDevelop, update, and deliver product training sessions for internal employees.
\nMaintain the currency of all training content and materials
\nTrack trainee progress and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
\nCultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team environment.
\nGuarantee the responsive and timely resolution of all reported incidents
\nEnsure active participation and contribution during daily team huddles\/stand-ups.
\nNote that other duties may be assigned by Agile Coach.

\nWhat do you have to offer?
\nDiploma or Degree holder in IT preferably.
\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in HR \/ Payroll environment.
\n2-3 years of experience in software development, testing or application support would be an advantage.
\nKnowledge of industry standards and project methodologies.\u00a0
\nKnowledge of software development concepts and lifecycles.\u00a0
\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\u00a0
