Our client, a non banking financial institution, operating for more than 30 years, is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Manager.

\n Job Purpose:The HR Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the efficiency of HR processes, policies, and systems to support business objectives. This role will ensure compliance with employment regulations, drive operational excellence, and optimize HR service delivery across the organisation.The HR Operations Manager will lead HR administration, employee relations, policy & process implementation, HRIS management, and data analytics while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. By leveraging technology, data insights, and industry best practices, this role will ensure the HR function operates efficiently and aligns with business goals.\u00a0Key Responsibilities:\u00a0Develop, implement, and optimize HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.\u00a0Ensure HR practices align with legal and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.\u00a0Oversee HR service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in HR transactions and processes.\u00a0Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.\u00a0Lead conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws.\u00a0Partner with business leaders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.\u00a0Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR governance policies.\u00a0Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring accurate employee records and efficient system functionality.\u00a0Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.\u00a0Support the execution and continuous improvement of performance management programs.\u00a0Assist in the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and pulse checks.\u00a0Develop strategies to enhance employee experience and strengthen company culture.\u00a0Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR operations and workplace programs.Candidate Profile\u00a0Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\u00a05+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations.\u00a0Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.\u00a0Experience managing HRIS platforms and data analytics tools(knowledge of Sicorax and HRPTA is a plus).\u00a0Proven track record of driving HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.\u00a0Experience in employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.\u00a0Stakeholder management skills.\u00a0Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.\u00a0Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology systems.\u00a0Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive insights.\u00a0Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.\u00a0Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\u00a0We reserve the right:\u00a0To call only the shortlisted candidates for interview.\u00a0Not to make any appointment following this advertisement nor to assign any reason whatsoever for accepting or rejecting any candidate.\u00a0<\/p>\n
