This role will ensure compliance with employment regulations, drive operational excellence, and optimize HR service delivery across the organisation.The HR Operations Manager will lead HR administration, employee relations, policy &amp; process implementation, HRIS management, and data analytics while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
