You will combine technical leadership and financial governance, working closely with engineering, finance, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions, automation, and cost transparency.Which tasks can you expect?Key Result Areas\u2022\tFinOps Strategy & Architecture \u2013 Define and lead the roadmap for cloud cost optimization and financial governance.\u2022\tCost Visibility & Accountability \u2013 Implement tagging strategies, dashboards, and reporting for real-time cost insights.\u2022\tAutomation & Tooling \u2013 Drive automation for cost anomaly detection, budget alerts, and resource optimization.\u2022\tCollaboration & Stakeholder Management \u2013 Partner with finance, procurement, and engineering teams to align cost strategies.\u2022\tTechnical Leadership & Mentorship \u2013 Guide FinOps engineers and foster a culture of cost efficiency and financial discipline.Key Accountabilities
\nLead cloud financial management practices across AWS, Azure, and other platforms.
\nDefine cost optimization strategies, including pricing models and resource allocation.
\nImplement real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for cloud spend.
\nDrive automation initiatives for cost reporting and forecasting.
\nCollaborate with DevOps teams and other stakeholders to align reliability and cost efficiency.
\nMentor team members and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on FinOps best practices.
\nWhat do you have to offer?Knowledge & Skills
\nStrong expertise in FinOps principles, cloud economics, and cost optimization.
\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tagging strategies.
\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools.
\nExcellent financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development skills.
\nLeadership experience in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
\nExpectations
\nDegree in IT, Finance, or related field.
\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
\nAbility to balance technical depth with financial governance.
\nProactive, analytical, and strategic thinker.
