\n Summary of Role The payroll analyst will be responsible for coordinating the payroll process with different stakeholders involved in Global Payroll Outsourcing. He\/She will act as the main point of contact for communication with stakeholders involved and will work on resolution of issues \/ concerns that may be raised at any point in the process. Job DescriptionRoles and responsibilities \u2022\tCoordinate tickets and emails.\u2022\tReview and keep HR Catalogue up to date for easy reference for possible new opportunity.\u2022\tWeekly report\/Ticket report and adding comments when needed.\u2022\tAll tickets\/emails\/requests should be processed in accordance with their respective SLAs.\u2022\tCoordinate with in-country provider on HR\/Legal employment regulation changes in country.\u2022\tPrepare change Request for HR or Legal consultation services.\u2022\tAssist with review of process descriptions where required to keep customer process up to date for HR services.\u2022\tWork closely with payroll teams where HR services interlink with payroll services scope (eg. New hires\/terminations).\u2022\tAdhere to all Risk & Compliance procedures in line with company and the client’s expectations. \u2022\tAdhere to GDPR and Data Protection Act. \u2022\tEnsure project reports and SLA& KPI reports are updated. \u2022\tEscalate issues to reporting line as and when required. \u2022\tDeliver ad hoc tasks related to the process.Job RequirementsQualification and Work Experience \u2022\tMinimum Higher School Certificate (HSC). \u2022\tWork experience in global payroll and\/or experience in working with international customers will be a definite advantage. Skills \u2022\tGood communication skills both verbal and written (English). \u2022\tDemonstrate accountability for results. \u2022\tGood customer service skills. \u2022\tAbility to work and interact within a team and with customers. \u2022\tGood knowledge of Excel. \u2022\tGood Analytical skills. \u2022\tGood Problem-Solving Skills. \u2022\tEnsure timeliness and completion of assignments. \u2022\tGood interpersonal and organizational skills \u2022\tGood HR Systems \/ Ticketing Tools Proficiency\u2022\tGood Reporting & Data Analysis\u2022\tBasic Knowledge of Employment Law \/ HR RegulationsImportant \u2022 Willingness and ability to cover UK hours (12:00 to 20:30 Summer UK season) \u2022 Ability to work overtime when required.<\/p>\n
