\n Job Summary:The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing procurement activities for raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and other operational requirements. The role ensures cost-effective sourcing, timely supply, and strong vendor relationships while adhering to quality standards and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and favourable agreements.\u00a0Supplier Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with agreements.Address and resolve any supply-related issues or disputes promptly.\u00a0Cost Management & Budgeting:Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost optimisation without compromising quality.Implement cost-saving initiatives and track procurement KPIs.Conduct market research to anticipate price trends and mitigate risks.\u00a0Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:Collaborate with the supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.Forecast material requirements and plan procurement schedules accordingly.Minimise stock-outs, excess inventory, and wastage.\u00a0Store ManagementDevelop and implement efficient store and inventory management strategies to support operational excellence.Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely reordering, and strict FIFO compliance.Reduce wastage, prevent overstocking, and streamline purchasing, receiving, storing, and issuing processes.\u00a0Team Management:Manage a team of 10 comprising of Procurement and Freight Service Administration.\u00a0Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior management.Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and contracts.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5\u20138 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.\u00a0Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail, integrity, and ethical conduct.\u00a0We reserve the right:\u00a0To call only the shortlisted candidates for interview.\u00a0Not to make any appointment following this advertisement nor to assign any reason whatsoever for accepting or rejecting any candidate.<\/p>\n
