\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore BA Responsibilities Lead\u00a0requirements\u00a0elicitation using interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.\u00a0Analyse\u00a0and document business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.\u00a0Model as-is and to-be business processes, workflows, and data flows, and\u00a0identify\u00a0gaps and improvement opportunities.\u00a0Prepare clear and structured artefacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\u00a0Support\u00a0prioritisation\u00a0of requirements with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and project managers.\u00a0Manage\u00a0requirements\u00a0traceability and change control, ensuring impacts are understood and documented.\u00a0Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and demos, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.\u00a0BA + Testing \/ QA Collaboration\u00a0Translate business and functional requirements into testing scope, test conditions, and UAT scenarios.\u00a0Work with Test Leads to ensure test coverage aligns with business priorities and risks.\u00a0Support UAT planning and execution, including UAT scenarios, sign-off criteria, and defect triage from a business perspective.\u00a0Help define and\u00a0standardise\u00a0templates (requirements, test scope, UAT sign-off, etc.) within the Software Testing capability.\u00a0Contribute to reporting\u00a0for\u00a0clients and internal stakeholders (status, risks, issues, outcomes).\u00a0\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE5+\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0as a Business Analyst (not just QA), ideally in software projects or application implementations.\u00a0Proven\u00a0track record\u00a0in:\u00a0Requirements gathering and documentation\u00a0Process mapping (as-is \/ to-be)\u00a0Writing functional specs \/ user stories and acceptance criteria\u00a0Working with cross-functional teams (business, dev, QA, PMO)\u00a0Experience in Agile \/ Scrum environments (backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, etc.)Exposure to test management tools (e.g.\u00a0Azure DevOps, Jira)\u00a0Experience in domains such as insurance, banking, ERP\/CRM, HR, or enterprise applications.\u00a0Understanding of\u00a0core testing concepts (functional, regression, UAT, basic non-functional).\u00a0SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex topics in a clear,\u00a0simple way.\u00a0Strong communicator, with a consultative and structured approach.\u00a0Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with business users, SMEs, and leadership.\u00a0Detail-oriented but able to keep sight of the business outcome.\u00a0Comfortable working in a new capability and contributing to frameworks, templates, and ways of working.\u00a0Proactive, collaborative, and able to work with minimal supervision.\u00a0WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary packageOpportunities to gain both local and overseas experienceTeam building and Welfare activitiesBe part of our growing worldwide BDO family.<\/p>\n
