\n Main Responsibilities:Maintains and controls departmental records, registers, and files in accordance with established procedures.Monitors compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.Manages and maintains accurate inventories of departmental assets, stores, and supplies.Conducts regular inventory checks, reconciliations, and reporting of discrepancies.Assists in data collection, compilation, and analysis for reporting.Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely flow of information.Assisting in accurate and timely financial and operational reporting and presenting analysis\u00a0Candidate Profile:Higher School Certificate or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelPossesses a pleasant, outgoing demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.Demonstrates creativity and the ability to think innovatively.Highly accurate, well-organized, and detail-oriented.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.Results-driven, able to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Flexible and willing to work odd hours, including Sundays, public holidays, and during cyclonic conditions.<\/p>\n
