DTOS is looking for a Manager – Client Accounting responsible for overseeing the client accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for all client accounts while leading the client accounting team.

\n Key Responsibilities:People and Culture \u2022 Act as a leader to motivate staff members and ensure they are fully engaged in their work \u2022 Train and impart knowledge to staff members on all tasks and processes \u2022 Live the values of the company Client Service Delivery \u2022 Ensure excellence in client service delivery and customer experience \u2022 Ensure that client services are delivered within the set deadlines and as per defined quality standards Operational Excellence \u2022 Manage risk exposure by ensuring processes and procedures are always followed \u2022 Ensure that all compliance procedures as per the regulatory framework in Mauritius are always followed \u2022 Ensure that tasks are completed within the set deadlines Financial Performance \u2022 Ensure that the billing and invoicing process of all clients in the portfolio is done as per defined targets \u2022 Ensure that debtors are recovered within the defined timeframe and the debt management process is adhered \u2022 Ensure that time management on client portfolios is as per defined process. \u00a0Job Requirements:\u2022 Professional qualifications such as CGI, ACCA or ICAEW or equivalent or a university degree in Law and Management or Accounting and Finance \u2022 At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position. \u2022 Fluent in oral and written English and French \u2022 Dynamic, committed and proactive \u2022 Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines \u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential \u2022 Good team player, with strong customer service drive.\u00a0We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all team members.
