Resource Planning & Yield OptimisationOptimise manpower, equipment, and contractor deployment.Support planters in improving productivity and crop yield through effective operational planning. Contract & Client ManagementManage planter and cooperative contracts in line with agreed service levels.Build strong, trusted relationships with planters and key industry stakeholders. Stores, Agrochemicals & Records ControlOversee agrochemical stores, consumables, and operational records with strong control and traceability. Data, Reporting & Performance ManagementDrive data accuracy, operational reporting, and performance scorecards.Use insights to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost control. Contractor & Financial OversightManage contractor performance, costs, and compliance.Ensure alignment between operational delivery, invoicing, and budgets. Health, Safety & ComplianceChampion safety-first behaviours and ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations. Budgeting & Continuous ImprovementManage operational budgets and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Cooperative Payment Follow-upEnsure effective follow-up and coordination on cooperative-related payments.
