Additionally, we will be launching soon in other regulated markets!Look at our careers site to find out more:\u00a0https:\/\/careers.rank.com\/\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Job DescriptionReporting to the Fraud & Payment Team Manager, the Fraud and Payments Executive will be responsible for protecting and maximizing company revenues through high-quality risk identification.\u00a0 In addition, the Fraud Executive will focus on providing the best in industry fraud prevention service.Review new and existing accounts for fraud in relation to system alerts and tickets; escalate observations as appropriate to fraud analyst or Team Lead as appropriateChargeback data entry, highlighting any observations made during this processPerform ongoing due diligence review for customer card or personal details changesPrimary Manual Payments approvals for Chaps & TransfersManage duplicate accounts and ensure terms and conditions are adhered toOmnichannel fraud screeningScreen and approve Credit\/Debit Card and E-Wallet withdrawalsInitial review of Missing Payments queries, escalating when it\u2019s not user error\/BACs\/ARN relatedAssisting with Ad Hoc fraud queries or department requirementsFollowing closure of accounts process within the department SLA\u2019sProviding responses to customers emails within the departments SLA\u2019sValidate customers (where required) by gathering all KYC documents and in line with proceduresWhitelisting devices and review of any linked accountsReviewing Iovation related user queries, email alerts and daily breaches on device countCompleting potential VIP account checks in line with the policyWork closely with the customer contact centre providing support when neededUphold Company\u2019s commitment to the protection of young and vulnerable people, in accordance with the company\u2019s responsible gambling policy and procedures\u00a0\u00a0QualificationsExperience within a customer service environment and\/or fraud analysisRelevant experience within an online environment either with an operator or payments company or other relevant companyExperience working to strict fraud prevention-related goals and objectivesExperience working with other operational departmentsBasic Microsoft OfficeRelevant qualifications would be a distinct advantage\u00a0\u00a0Additional InformationYou\u2019re probably wondering outside of a fun, exciting and varied role \u2013 what else do you get?
