\n DESCRIPTION:Avacor Ltd is looking for motivated and proactive\u00a0Security Controllers\u00a0to work in its Head Office located at Curepipe.MAIN FUNCTION:The Security Controller is responsible to manage and monitor the guarding day to day activities of the company to ensure that our services always meet all customers\u2019 satisfaction.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Draw the monthly roster of Supervisors, CSO\u2019s, SO\u2019s, ASO\u2019s, Security Guards under the instructions of the Control Centre Supervisor and keep it updated.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure to place the right man in the right place as per instructions of the Control Centre Supervisor.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow-up of absences and leaves requests and liaise with HR department accordingly.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure adherence to monitoring procedures, rules & regulations of the company.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain good relationship with management, admin staffs and security personnel.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Treat all personnel without predisposition.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure proper handing over during shift transition. \u00a0–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow up movements and always ensure their good serviceability.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deal with emergencies.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the submission of GPS report and guarding patrol report.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Good written and verbal communication in French and English-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Good leadership skills-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 IT Literate-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Good analytical skills-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to deal with persons of diverse background-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attention to details-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Impartiality-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 High sense of confidentiality-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Honesty and integrity-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Disciplined and patience-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work under pressure-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work at odd hours-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Good team spiritQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least HSC-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A previous experience in the security field, planning or any other similar role would constitute an advantage but is not compulsoryCONDITIONS OF WORK:-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8 hours Shift System.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salary\u00a0Package: Rs 27,000 to 32,000 (including basic, overtime, attendance bonus and other allowances).<\/p>\n
