\n Position Purpose\u00a0and Description\u00a0The\u00a0Analyst\u00a0\u2013 Finance Tools and Applications\u00a0acts\u00a0as\u00a0a bridge\u00a0between\u00a0the\u00a0Finance\u00a0departments (Canada, USA,\u00a0Mexico\u00a0and Europe),\u00a0the\u00a0Workday & Finance applications team\u00a0and the IT team.\u00a0This role\u00a0supports\u00a0receivables\u00a0and banks\u00a0processes\u00a0and ensures\u00a0Workday\u00a0team\u00a0efforts align with departmental and organizational priorities.\u00a0The\u00a0Analyst\u00a0is\u00a0involved in\u00a0the evolution of\u00a0the \u201cAuditoria\u201d\u00a0finance tool\u00a0within\u00a0company\u2019s\u00a0operations, including the connected processes in\u00a0Workday\u00a0Prism.\u00a0\u00a0This includes\u00a0collecting,\u00a0analyzing, and\u00a0validating\u00a0various business requirements and\u00a0initiating\u00a0concrete solutions\u00a0with the\u00a0Finance\u00a0Tools and\u00a0Applications team.\u00a0These solutions are then delivered through configuration or in\u00a0collaboration with the development team.\u00a0\u00a0Expected\u00a0Outcomes\u00a0& Actions\u00a0\u00a0Support implementation of new initiatives\u00a0and transformation\u00a0(95%)\u00a0Establish positive relationships with internal\u00a0finance\u00a0clients and peers\u00a0to\u00a0build credibility, foster\u00a0collaboration\u00a0and empower the project team.\u00a0Provide technical support to users,\u00a0troubleshooting\u00a0problems, and ensure\u00a0optimal\u00a0ERP operations\u00a0for\u00a0the Auditoria\u00a0applications.\u00a0Document processes and procedures\u00a0for\u00a0Auditoria\u00a0in\u00a0Workday.\u00a0Ensure that\u00a0Finance\u00a0end user training is adequate and effective.\u00a0Develop and enhance\u00a0Auditoria\u00a0and Prism\u00a0tools\u00a0focusing on an organization-wide reporting strategy.\u00a0Assist\u00a0and support testing\u00a0(unit testing,\u00a0end to end\u00a0testing, sandbox,\u00a0QA\u00a0and QC)\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0Subject Matter Expert (SME)\u00a0for Auditoria\u00a0and Prism.\u00a0Perform and\u00a0participate\u00a0in functional testing by preparing test scenarios and data,\u00a0monitoring\u00a0the results to ensure that the finished product meets\u00a0user-approved\u00a0specifications.\u00a0Provide post-implementation support\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0SME\u00a0in collaboration with\u00a0their\u00a0team and the Director, Applications – Finance,\u00a0as needed.\u00a0Make a first diagnosis of\u00a0the\u00a0Auditoria and Workday\u00a0problems.\u00a0Run analytics and ad hoc reports.Assist\u00a0and\u00a0monitor\u00a0project progress\u00a0(5%)\u00a0Monitor progress and advancement toward completion, adjusting resources and timelines as needed, and escalate adequately to stakeholders as risks become known.\u00a0Requirements and Qualifications\u00a0University degree in\u00a0accounting,\u00a0mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis\u00a0or\u00a0business analysis\u00a0or\u00a0any combination of training and experience\u00a0deemed\u00a0relevant for the role\u00a0Minimum\u00a02\u00a0years of experience in business application analysis or a related field, ideally.\u00a0Good written and oral communication skills\u00a0in French or in English\u00a0Experience with Workday, an asset\u00a0Experience with Service Management applications, an asset\u00a0Ability to work effectively remotely\u00a0<\/p>\n
