Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer who will report to the Customer Service Lead.

\n Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely postings of sales and purchases invoices & other related documents.Establish & enforce procedures and maintain control over payables and\/or receivables.Carry out creditors’ and debtors’ validation and reconciliations.Maintain control sheets over accruals, payables and receivables.Maintain Petty Cash Register.Profile:ACCA level 1 or equivalent.Good computer literacy skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel.2-3 years’ experience in a finance function, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial environment.Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy & ability to meet deadlines.Dynamic and Self Motivated.Team player.Exposure to an ERP system would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
